The prefectural capital is Nara.
Nara Prefecture is located in the center of a kii peninsula. It is surrounded by Osaka, Kyoto, Wakayama, and Mie.
The yoshino area of the Nara prefecture is a forest area. Many tourists visit especially the senbon cherry tree of a yoshino town. Moreover, the kumano old road and temple of world heritage are popular among a tourist.
The fishing of a sweetfish, a carp, and a crucian carp is prosperous in Nara Prefecture.
Main industries are the textiles manufacturing industries, such as socks and a knitted article. And many industries, such as wood, the wooden-goods manufacturing industry, electrical machinery products, the metal manufacturing industry, and the drug industry, are piling up Nara Prefecture.
